Bag Dump Station Overview

The SMICO DF Max Bag Dumping Station, provides one of the highest production rates of any dust controlled bag dump on the market!   A small footprint, low-profile, and customizable discharge outlet location options make this bag dump station a flexible solution for any situation where high volume, safety and efficiency are important. 

The DF Max  bag dump can process up to 20,000 pounds per hour!  That's twice the volume of similar models.

This bag station has been engineered with ergonomic design  including a waist-high bag shelf, hinged product zone, cleanout panels with quick-release clamps, dual side doors for easy access to filter chamber and easy-to-reach dust filter cartridges for quick change out.  The self-cleansing filter system is outfitted with an adjustable timer that controls the pulsing jet-air blasts, which knocks loose trapped particles that are then reclaimed.
