SMICO Purchases Competitor in Aggregate Screening
SMICO Manufacturing announces a newly formed joint venture with L&H Industrial to acquire Symons Brothers Screens.
Symons Screens was founded in North Hollywood, California in 1933 by Ory and Ed Symons. Their screening line quickly became one of the premier aggregate screens in the world. Today, Symons Screens builds screeners for asphalt, mining, aggregates, and other industrial applications for customers all over the world.
The newly formed entity will operate at SMICO Manufacturing headquarters in Oklahoma City, Ok. SMICO manufacturers its own line of inclined, horizontal and centrifugal vibratory screeners used by a wide range of industrial screening customers.
