New High Capacity Screen

SMICO Vibratory Screeners has designed and tested a High Capacity Screen for release in the summer of 2010. The screen was originally designed for the demanding  frac sand market where accuracy and a high volume screen are required. Now, the High Capacity Screen has been redesigned with a broad range of basic features which will appeal to all industries.

The High Capacity Screen is available in several sizes and can accomdate a variety of mesh sizes making it a very flexible choice for even the most exacting processing equipment buyer. 

ABOUT THE HIGH CAPACITY SCREEN:

The standard unit size is 5 feet wide by 12 feet long.  Custom sizes are available to meet all output requirements and project budgets.  It can accomodate mesh sizes from 1/2" down to 300 mesh.  The SMICO High Capacity Screener is also a highly efficient screener.

The SMICO High Capacity Screen is unique because it imparts a vertical, bouncing motion to the material which is more efficient than the gyroscopic, rocking motion used by other screen manufacturers. - R.K. Stoner -  High Capacity Screen Designer

The SMICO High Capacity Screener comes with your choice of 3 different brute force drive types to match your individual application:

• Single Shaft Elliptical Drive
• Dual Shaft Linear Motion Drive
• Twin Canned Motor Style Drive
   

The SMICO brute force designed drive has been shown to be up to 30% more efficient than competitive gyroscopic motion drive types.  This efficiency combined with our screening experience provides our customers with a level of performance found nowhere else in the world.
