SMICO Manufacturing introduces new light-duty, food grade screener

SMICO Manufacturing announces its newly redesigned light-duty, food grade screener called the Vibroset. The new unit provides incredible versatility like today’s circular screeners but offers higher efficiency and higher product throughput volumes than circular screeners. The SMICO Vibroset achieves these higher production levels with a patented brute force drive which creates up to 5 G’s of acceleration and up to 1750 RPM’S.

The Vibroset boasts reinforced sheet steel construction and flexible “on the fly” amplitude adjustment for up to a ¼” stroke. Along with the redesign SMICO has included options like food grade epoxy, carbon or stainless steel construction, quick change screen design and 3A Dairy certified construction.
